Welcome to DrNancyAllen.com, the official website for GP Direct Online Ltd. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all services delivered online or in-person by Dr Nancy Allan, including menopause, perimenopause, and ADHD consultations for adults and children.

1. About Our Services

We provide:

  • Private video and in-clinic consultations with qualified doctors

  • ADHD assessments (for adults and children)

  • Menopause and perimenopause consultations

  • Bespoke treatment plans tailored to your needs

  • We do not operate as a pharmacy. Medications, if prescribed, must be fulfilled through a licensed pharmacy. You must be aged 18+ for adult consultations. For child assessments, parental/guardian involvement is required.

  • Important: Our services are not suitable for emergencies. If urgent, call 999 or your local emergency service.


2. Booking & Consultations

Appointments can be booked via www.DrNancyAllen.com.
All appointments are scheduled in UK local time
A secure video link will be sent upon booking
Consultations must be attended in a private, quiet setting — not while driving or in public
Please have photo ID available for verification

3. Fees & Payment

All fees are displayed on the website and must be paid in advance
Payment is processed securely via our online booking platform (WriteUpp)
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or under limited conditions (see below)

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund
Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) are non-refundable
If a patient with a cancer diagnosis cancels less than 24 hours before their appointment, the fee is still non-refundable unless severe medical reasons can be shown with documented evidence from a doctor
We may waive this at our discretion in exceptional cases

5. Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued only at the doctor’s discretion following a full clinical assessment
Medication costs are not included in consultation fees and must be paid directly to the pharmacy
We do not guarantee the prescription of any specific medication

6. Use of WriteUpp Platform

We use WriteUpp to manage bookings, clinical records, and video consultations
All patient data is stored securely and in compliance with UK GDPR and NHS standards
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking or receiving services

7. Confidentiality & Data Sharing

We treat your personal information confidentially. With your consent (or if legally required), we may share information with:
Pharmacies, diagnostic labs, and private/NHS specialists
Your GP (if required under GMC guidelines)
Health authorities or emergency services, in urgent cases

8. Medical Responsibility

All services are provided by GMC-registered doctors
ADHD and menopause services follow UK clinical guidelines
Any prescribed treatments are issued following professional assessment
We cannot guarantee outcomes, and our services are not a replacement for NHS or emergency care.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
GP Direct Online Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or any misuse of services
Our liability for any claim is limited to £1,000
Nothing limits our liability for death or injury caused by negligence

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of GP Direct Online Ltd or licensed providers. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the website or content without written permission.

11. Communications

By using our services, you agree to receive communications via email or secure digital platforms. This includes booking confirmations, reminders, and clinical updates.
