Rearrangement Policy

If you need to rearrange your appointment within 48 business hours of your scheduled time, we regret that no refunds can be issued. Similarly, if you arrive late or fail to attend your appointment, the fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled more than 48 business hours in advance will be fully refunded. Appointments cancelled within 48 business hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

Ongoing Care Policy

If more than 12 calendar months have passed since your last appointment, you will need to book a new patient appointment. This is to ensure we can provide a thorough consultation after such a period. You are welcome to book with a different doctor if you prefer. Thank you for your understanding.
