ADHD Resource Centre

Free evidence-based ADHD guides, questionnaires, templates and practical tools to support children, adults, parents, schools and employers.

Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming, but having the right information can make all the difference.

We’ve created this free ADHD Resource Centre to give you access to trusted, evidence-based tools that you can download and use immediately. Whether you’re waiting for an assessment, have recently been diagnosed, supporting your child, or looking for practical strategies at work or school, you’ll find helpful resources designed by Dr Nancy Allen, a UK GP with over 25 years of clinical experience specialising in ADHD.

Every resource has been developed to provide practical guidance that reflects current NICE recommendations wherever applicable and can be used alongside your healthcare professional’s advice.
